The Page of the Month program is a series of classes we offer at Cord Scrapbook Studio that's put together by the talented designers from Basic Grey. Each month we'll host a two-page, 12"x12" layout class featuring a different Basic Grey product line. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of their newest embellishment categories as well as get a little practice in layering styles and patterns from each collection--not to mention the beautiful layout you'll head home with! Just personalize with your photos and journaling and you're done!
Cost of Class: $18
There are a set number of kits available for each class and spaces fill up quickly! We do ask that you register for the class prior to the class date; however, if for any reason you are unable to attend class, you may pick up a kit after the class date at no extra charge.
Photo Club Rewards Member Price: $15
If you are a member of the Photo Club, you'll automatically save $3 off the regular kit price--every day! Photo Club members who commit to three consecutive classes (or more) will earn an additional $3 off their kit price! Our class kits are ordered 2-3 months in advance of the class date--well before classes are even printed on our calendars and distributed in stores! So your advance registration helps us gauge the number of kits we need to ensure that anyone who wants to participate is guaranteed a spot in class! This Month's Featured Class:
Friday, November 30th
5:30pm - 7:30pm
We'll be working with Basic Grey's "Lucille" collection to create this two-page, 12x12 layout designed by BG team member, Greta Hammond! Not only will we be layering different patterned papers, we'll combine new materials like wwoven tags and vintage buttons with old favorites like cardstock alphabet and element stickers!
Please bring a paper trimmer and scissors, adhesive (including dimensional adhesive), a brown or black journaling pen, thread or twine, a 2" scalloped circle punch and a stapler. To complete the layout as shown, you will need one 4-1/2" x 6-1/2" vertical photo, two 2-1/2" x 4" vertical photos and two 4" x 2-1/2" horizontal photos.
